Sunny Brook Pavers
Sunny Brook’s hydraulically pressed concrete pavers have the density and strength of stone. Our superior pavers are manufactured on a hydraulic European press that utilizes 460 tons of pressure, eliminating excess water and air from the wet concrete mix. Precision molds are used to ensure uniform size and texture of each paver.
To create a premium paver, Sunny Brook Pressed Concrete pavers have a minimum compressive strength of 8,500 pounds per square inch* (psi) (58,605 kPa), a density of 150 pounds per cubic foot and a water absorption rate less than five percent. Our pavers are typically not reinforced; however, they can be manufactured with welded wire reinforcement to meet architects or engineers specifications.
Sunny Brook Pressed Concrete has used the same paver ingredient formula since 1978, in order to maintain the integrity of pavers that have been the choice of commercial, institutional and high-rise residential builders across the United States.
Sunny Brook’s pavers are available in a wide variety of sizes, colors and texture to fit any need. Custom colors and finishes can be accommodated. Orders less than 1,900 square feet will be charged a mold set-up fee.
